Westminster will be operating a Respite Center every Wednesday for homeless folks in the area who will be able to get off the streets for a while and spend time in our Courtyard and Patio room.
 
There will be hot coffee and cool water to drink and some nutritious snacks to eat, and we’ll make available an electrical power strip so that our guests can recharge their cell phones while resting.  There’s also a restroom inside the Patio Room that they can use. We are currently looking for four volunteers to fulfill these three positions each Wednesday:

• Greeting & Intake (1 person to greet and take down names),
• Refreshments (2 people to serve drinks and snacks), 
• Security / R & R (1 person to monitor the bathroom and go around to offer assistance to our visitors)
