Talent show & luncheon

Lunch, a live show, and supporting a great cause all at once? Count me in for the annual Youth Talent Show and Luncheon on Sunday, Apr. 22! Everyone has a talent, and this is your chance to show it off. All ages can participate!

This year’s master of ceremonies is none other than Westminster’s very own Praise Band Leader, Chris Borton. She is beyond excited to emceeing this event for the first time, but what she’s most looking forward to is “being able to discover the hidden talents of our church family and enjoying the entertainment, as well as having great fellowship at the spaghetti dinner before the show!”

And what’s the talent show without the ever-popular raffle! The planning team is busy gathering up plenty of desirable prizes and they need your help. Please consider donating any of the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Services: photography, meal preparation, yoga lessons, etc.
  • Sports/concert tickets
  • Anything else you can think of that can generate interest

Proceeds from this annual event all go toward youth mission trips and this July Westminster youth and two adult chaperones will travel to Chiloquin, Oregon to work with Sierra Service Project. Not only do these trips bring Westminster’s participants closer together, but they also get to meet people from all over the country, all while providing amazing services to the communities they visit. In addition to work projects, there is also plenty of time for personal and spiritual development.

If you’re interested in participating or would like to help with the planning team, please contact Mark Hargreaves (mark@westminsac.org) as soon as possible!
