Infants, Preschoolers, Kindergartners
Infants and Toddlers – 1st Floor- Nursery Room
The nursery room is open for the entirety of both the 9 and 11 a.m. services. It is a shoe-free environment. Booties are available to wear over shoes or adults can remove their shoes and leave on socks. The goal is to keep the room as clean as possible for our crawling, growing, exploring toddlers.
In addition, the the Infant/Toddler room offers adult rockers should parents want a bit of rest or desire a more private environment for nursing their infants. Healthy snacks are provided for toddlers or parents can provide their own snacks if desired.
Breanna Ramirez, our lead teacher, is employed full-time during the week, as an infant and toddler teacher at a local daycare center.
Preschoolers & Kindergarten First Floor – Preschool Room
Preschoolers and kindergartners can be dropped off in the first floor Preschool Room upon arriving for the 9 a.m. worship hour. At the 11 a.m. worship service they can start out with their family in the sanctuary and, following the Children’s Message, will be dismissed to their classes with their teachers.
Our preschool room has been carefully designed and decorated to engage our most active learners. Preschoolers and kindergartners will experience a fun-filled morning of age-appropriate curriculum consisting of stories, crafts, music, imaginative play, and a healthy snack – or one provided by parents if desired.
Our preschool teacher, Ashley Ramsey, has been in raised in church and has worked with preschoolers her entire career. She loves storytelling, music, art, dance, and crafts.
