Infants and Toddlers – 1st Floor- Nursery Room

We enthusiastically welcome infants and toddlers to Westminster!  Families will find two rocking chairs at the back of the sanctuary where they can sit with their babies, and they should not worry when they get fussy. Baby cries are the sound of new life. In addition, our nursery, staffed by teachers certified in early childhood care, is open for the entirety of both the 9 and 11 a.m. services.

The nursery is a shoe-free environment. Booties are available to wear overshoes, or adults can remove their shoes and leave their socks on. The goal is to keep the room as clean as possible for our crawling, growing, and exploring toddlers.

The Infant/Toddler room also offers a glider if parents want a rest or a more private environment for nursing their infants.

Preschoolers & Kindergarten First Floor – Cameron Room

Since returning after the pandemic, we have been having a one-room Sunday School, with pre-schoolers and kindergartners joining the elementary kids in the Cameron Room. Everyone starts out in worship with their families, and after passing the peace in the 9:00 service and the children’s message at 11:00, teachers will escort children to church school on the main floor. Parents can pick up their children after the service so they can all enjoy coffee hour together.
