C.O.W. officially began in May 2006 after a two year long study on factors which build and contribute to healthy congregations.
The program was designed around the basic idea of gathering together beginning with prayer, sharing a light and healthy common meal, having fun, getting to know each other, and growing in our common faith through study and lively discussion.
This small group ministry typically meets for six weeks during Spring and Fall. Each evening starts with dinner at 5:30 p.m., followed by a variety of classes. Class topics are announced in the month leading up to C.O.W. – we often offer a children’s/youth class, too!
