Giving Tree

 We have chosen to support the boys and girls of the Sacramento Children’s Home – “Giving Children and Families a better future since 1867”. They provide a Crisis Nursery, Family Resource Centers, and Residential Treatment Programs. The Giving Tree will be in place on November 22, and you may drop off your unwrapped toys by December 13, the date of the Deacons’ Christmas party.

Guidelines for Giving Tree Gifts:

• All toys, clothes, and goods must be brand new
• Do not wrap individual gifts.
• Avoid toy guns, swords, or realistic weapons
• No monogrammed items because client names on wish lists are protected pseudonyms.  
• Place all items for a single child together in a sturdy bag with a handle.
• Securely attach the matching Wish Star ornament to the outside of the bag.  
• If you include gift cards, you must clearly write the dollar amount directly on the card.
