Grace and gratitude for parents; Five-session class through April 2
How can we bring more love, grace and gratitude into our homes? Parents of children who are college age and younger are invited to participate in an interactive Lenten series on Parenting with Grace & Gratitude, starting March 5.
Participants will explore, through discussion and art, how to re-envision parenting as a reflection of our relationship with God. Content will include scripture and writings by social scientist Dr. Brene Brown and gratitude author and Westminster guest preacher, Dr. Robert Emmons,
The class will be offered over 5 individual sessions, designed to stand alone so participants can attend all five or skip some. Each session will end with an optional take home activity with which to engage your children in building a stronger foundation of love in your home.
The class will meet Sundays from 10-10:45 AM in the Serra room March 5, 12, 19, 26 and April 2. Childcare is available. Please direct questions to Nan Fitzpatrick at email@example.com
